Court on First and Third Mondays of each month at 6:00 PM (Assistant DA night is the first Monday of each Month). Check online CALENDER(click on calender tab for list of all court dates) for changes due to holidays and other events. We will try to have the information available in a timely fashion. Calling the court numbers will provide up-to-date information. Please call ONLY 315-823-4210 (OR CELL 315-940-1454) for information regarding any court matters. DO NOT CALL ANY OTHER NUMBERS WITH QUESTIONS FOR COURT INFORMATION THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN ANY MANNER. If you do call either number and do not recieve an answer please leave a message with a phone number with the area code to return the call. If you do not leave a message or a return number do not expect a return call.

If it is a MONDAY Holiday and Court is closed it will be Noted on this web site. If it is not noted, court WILL BE HELD on that date. Major Holiday New Years Day, Memorial Day , July 4th, Labor Day, Veteran Day and Christmas Court will NOT be held.

PLEASE NOTE If you are calling to ask for an adjournment date on a court case NO CASES WILL BE ADJOURNED WITH A FAX OR A PHONE CALL. YOU WILL NEED TO MAIL LETTER TO TO THE COURT WITH THE ADJOURNMENT REQUEST AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR COURT DATE.

Make the Money order or Certified Bank Check payable to: Danube Town Court PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU SEND ANY CORRESPONDENCE THAT WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE, THE DELIVERY WILL BE DELAYED BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ANYONE AVAILABLE AT THE COURT DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
